Spotlight
on Reading & Listening Comprehension was developed in 2005 to
provide controlled reading materials for improving both overall and specifi c
comprehension skills. Six separate booklets presented passages with
readabilities that varied from grades 2.0 through 4.9 along with follow-up
comprehension questions. Each booklet focused on one of these key reading
comprehension skills:
